Stephen MeadeChief Executive
Stephen has spent 30 years in the advertising and brand consultancy business working across a broad spectrum of clients, including Renault, Intel, Unilever, Allied Distillers, Vodafone, Guinness, Lego, Nestlé, Sony, Compaq, MasterCard and Nordstrom.
He began his career at Publicis where he spent 12 years in its London and Paris offices rising to Client Services Director working on accounts such as Renault, Nestlé, Lego, Guinness, Sara Lee, Coca-Cola and McVitie’s. This was briefly interrupted by a two year break at HHCL, Campaign’s Agency of the Decade, where he worked on the launch of First Direct.
He joined McCann in 2002 as European and UK Head of Planning. In 2010 Stephen launched McCann Enterprise.
Kate Fulford-BrownManaging Director
Kate brings over 20 years in the communications business and over this time has worked with some of the world’s most respected agencies including Publicis, D’Arcy, McCann and Saatchi & Saatchi.
Her career has taken her from London to Paris, New York and Australia where she has led such diverse clients as MasterCard, EY, Nescafe, Whiskas and Ariel, enjoying working at both a regional and local level.
At McCann Enterprise, alongside Kate’s Agency and Business Development responsibilities, she also oversees our Nestlé and MasterCard businesses.
Kate is passionate about unlocking the potential in any brief, however big or small, and is dedicated to creating strong, commercial and creative partnerships with all our clients.
Ruth PatemanHead of Planning
Ruth joined McCann Enterprise in 2011, having worked previously at Circus, The Foundation and the Central Office of Information. Her client experience spans Volkswagen, Visa, Marks and Spencer, The Cooperative Group, MasterCard, Norwich Union, Argos, NatWest and Microsoft, as well as numerous government bodies.
As Head of Planning, Ruth ensures the ideas we create work as hard as possible for our clients – celebrating brand truths, responding to change, driving behaviour and inspiring innovation.
Mo MorganHead of Digital
Mo has over 15 years’ experience in consulting on digital marketing technologies, with a keen focus on systems and automation underpinning relationship management and customer experience.
Prior to McCann Enterprise, Mo has led multidisciplinary teams at Hogarth, Kitcatt Nohr, DigitasLBi and Evolving. He has worked for clients including Apple, Dyson, Nespresso, Starbucks, Nissan, Puma, Santander, Lexus, John Lewis, Waitrose and BSkyB.
Mo has wide experience in technical leadership and architecture of marketing technologies including marketing automation, data analytics, omnichannel relationship and experience platforms, mobile and web development.
Graham PughCreative Director
Graham started his career as a copywriter when advertising was the only game in town. Since then, as a writer and Creative Director he’s specialised in not specialising, having worked in pretty much every medium; creating award winning direct marketing, online content, social media, long-form communications, events, you name it…
His client experience includes Waitrose, Unilever, Aviva, Legal & General, General Motors and Boeing. Over the course of his career, Graham has worked at both big and small agencies such as DraftFCB, Ogilvy & Mather, WDMP and Teamspirit and Saatchi & Saatchi.
Paula AmaralCreative Director
Paula began her career at a leading design studio in Portugal and has a masters with distinction from Central St Martins. She has lectured on graphic information design at the University of Westminster and exhibited at the London Design Festival in 2006 and, more recently, at Experimenta Design 2013 in Lisbon.
Since joining McCann in 2007, Paula has worked on a wide range of global brands and as Head of Art is responsible for the overall look and feel of our communications.
Rob SearsCreative Director
Rob is responsible for giving voice to our brands, whether they’re singing from billboards or telling stories on a screen.
Before McCann Enterprise, Rob was a freelance writer and creative for clients including the British Council, Reuters and BBC Worldwide. His journalism and fiction have appeared in the Times, Focus magazine and McSweeney’s. Rob studied philosophy at Cambridge University.
Jeremy DavisClient Services Director
Jeremy began his career at Saatchi & Saatchi, working on high-profile consumer brands including GE and Sony before moving to McCann Erickson to work on a broad number of clients from award winning campaigns for the Carbon Trust and the UN to Nortel, Lufthansa and BMW Motorbikes.
After joining a technology startup, Jeremy then joined CHI & Partners to run The Sunday Times and Vodafone, specifically the management of the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes F1 partnership for WPP’s Team Red.
Jeremy moved to McCann Enterprise in 2012 to run Tata Communications, SABIC, EE, Dorchester Collection and Clic Sargent. Jeremy combines his account responsibilities with his role as Client Services Director and leads an account management team that reflects his commitment to building long-term relationships with our clients.
Andrew FrancisClient Partner
Andrew started his career at Saatchi & Saatchi before moving to McCann Erickson where he worked on a broad range of accounts including Norwich Union, Deutsche Bank, Cable & Wireless and Johnson & Johnson vision care. Then as an Account Director at Cheil Communications he was responsible for running key UK and European divisions of Samsung Electronics.
Now in his eighth year at McCann Enterprise, Andrew brings over 20 years’ experience in the communications industry to the agency and his clients. Today he is responsible for delivering the best in both strategic and creative thinking to a portfolio of global accounts, including Zurich, Caterpillar, DSM, Tenneco and MasterCard.
Andrew is dedicated to building strong partnerships with clients that are based on trust and understanding.
Belinda HallClient Partner
Belinda is a Digital Marketing, Communications and Advertising professional with a breadth of experience leading global digital accounts and teams for numerous clients, including Nestlè, Unilever, Beiersdorf, British Telecom, British Gas, HSBC and Samsung. Her particular areas of focus are brand building, strategy development, global (multi-market) campaign leadership, and digital marketing.
She has also set up two self-funded start-ups, and puts that experience to good use on the HENRi@Nestlé account at McCann Enterprise.
Richard ClarkPlanning Director
Richard’s job is to make things clear and simple for clients like EE, JLL, Lockheed Martin and Cargill. From helping you name a joint venture to untangling a complex brand architecture, Richard’s focus is on the idea that drives the brand’s behaviour.
Richard’s background includes stints in copywriting and market research. He has worked for clients including Microsoft, Castrol, William Grant & Sons, Coca-Cola, pwc, University of Edinburgh, Metropolitan Police, Office Angels and Amnesty International. His particular interests are the technology, engineering and energy industries.
Robbie Burton SanigarPlanning Director
Robbie has worked in the marketing and communications business for over 25 years. He loves to fix broken brands and as a planning and creative strategist he’s helped clients produce communications that deliver results.
While on the L’Oréal account at McCann Erickson he was responsible for a strategy designed to make consumers start to ‘love’ L’Oréal, leading to their most successful product launch ever. At DDB Robbie was responsible for the development of core brand strategies for Hasbro Worldwide. The client attributed a sales uplift of 32% on the Action Man brand to his work. His most recent global strategy for AMV was for Whiskas Cat food and was based on the simple thought that inside every small domestic cat there’s a big lion trying to get out.
He recently returned to McCann Enterprise as the Planning Director on our Nestlé Purina account.
César ValadaresDigital Strategy Director
César has extensive experience in developing digital and integrated strategies, working in agencies in Paris and London for leading brands including Samsung, Sony, Sainsbury’s, Barilla, Ubisoft, and Volkswagen.
Driven by a passion for innovation and consumer understanding, he uses his knowledge to support clients in an ever-changing digital world. His strategic expertise cover a range of disciplines from social media, web build, CRM, integrated campaigns, content planning and service design.
Prior to McCann Enterprise, César was most recently at TMW Unlimited and FullSix, developing omni-channel strategies and new product services that were integral to transforming and future proofing the businesses of his clients.
Nigel DownProject Director
Nigel has spent 30 years in the Creative industry working across a variety clients including BMW, Virgin Media, Telecom Italia, Tesco, Renault and P&G.
Nigel developed his project management skills at Accenture helping increase their creative capabilities. He has since worked within the agency environment on many key projects and helped them and their clients achieve their delivery goals. A key milestone project was managing the rebranding of Lloyds Bank and more recently developing the process and logic engines for complex highly personalised and creative communication for the entertainment sector.
Nigel originally trained as a designer and has developed into a “hybrid” using this skill in all areas of workflow, “inflight” reporting and programme management. Truly integrated he has print, film, digital and data experience. Making him adept at developing complex cross-media personalised communications and branding solutions. He also has extensive experience in eye tracking technology to better understand “behavior by design”.
Sergio LopezDirector of Content Production
With over 22 years of experience in the advertising and entertainment industry, Sergio is one of the lead voices on Global Integrated Production. Before joining McCANN Sergio was commuting between New York, Toronto, Amsterdam, London and Shanghai heading the production department and operations for Anomaly. Under his watch Budweiser developed and launched its “Brotherhood” and “Puppy Love” Superbowl ads.
He’s also worked on brands such as Rolex, Porsche, Google, Microsoft, Smirnoff, Seat, Renaissance Hotels, Converse, Nintendo, Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, P&G, Delta Airlines. Amongst others, he is the proud recipient of 8 Cannes Lions including the first ever Gold Lion on the Mobile category.
Sajad ManzoorChief Financial Officer
Saj has spent over 20 years working within the communications industry, working within agencies offering a range of disciplines: media, digital, advertising and full service.
Saj has a long history within the McCann Group. Despite a Degree in Design Engineering he joined McCann Birmingham as Purchase Ledger Clerk in 1992. In 2000 Saj joined McCann Manchester as a Financial Controller and was then promoted to Head of Commercial Finance. In 2012, Saj joined McCann London and McCann Enterprise as Chief Financial Officer.
Saj is fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and in 2012 he completed an MBA with distinction.
