That’s where Zurich is different. It has a deep culture of wanting to do right by its customers and to honour its obligations to them. For example, in 2017 Zurich paid out on 99% of claims made by its customers.
Our campaign makes a virtue of this market leading position, challenging category pre-conceptions head-on and encouraging people to think differently about Zurich.
The ‘99%’ campaign ran extensively out of home, in print and on radio. It also provided a powerful platform for industry events and a compelling proposition for sales teams able to present Zurich as an insurance provider determined to do right by people.
